Started his career as a Mechanical Engineer in the early 2003, after finishing his B-Tech.
He worked for nearly a decade in various roles in the manufacturing sector, proved his competence
in successfully managing various Businesses; while presiding over several assignments
in Business Development / Sales / Promotion of engineering products to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
across multiple Industries viz.Oil & Gas,Automobile, Aerospace,
Electrical & Electronics, Automation, Industrial Equipments & Machineries and Defense sectors etc.
He got exposed to the international marketing & product promotions, while dealing with multiple mfg sites across the world spread out in Europe, North America and Asia .
He is also a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, trained and certified by Anexas, Denmark.
Later, he managed the operations & business excellence program for an entrepreneurial start-up in the
IT, ITES & BPO sector.After working as a consultant for couple of years, He co-founded McNovus in 2013.
Initially McNovus provided engineering development and consulting services to a broad range of regional and national clients.
While Promod and his partners worked as consultants, they began actively developing engineering products with the hopes
of eventually leaving the consulting business. With hard work and persistence, McNovus was able to complete the transition from
a consulting to a Manufacturing company.
